Great App. Very user friendly

Latest update breaks My Trips and vehicle update with "Failed getting data error". Same two features they say they enhanced. WTG SuperShuttle

I originally booked my reservation through the website and when I tried the app it said a profile would be created when making a reservation. I already have the reservation why does it need to create a new profile? I should be able to log into the app and see my reservations like airline apps. It would also be nice if there was a way to use passbook and have the attendees scan a barcode to let them know you are there. It would also be nice if it let you know that Supershuttle is aware that your flight has been delayed.

Kinda dumb that you can’t log in to check reservations when you already have an account. Have to make a reservation to get access on the app. Makes the app rather useless.

I booked my travel arrangements online. Downloaded the app thinking like most other apps that have both web and app presents that there would be a login screen. Unfortunately this app things you will do everything from the app. It was not worth the time to download.

I booked online then found this app. It says I should have a profile, I booked on a connection that blocked Facebook so my accounts are not linked. There is no place to set up/sign in on the app. Facebook button in upper left doesnt work. I would like to access my reservations without going back and looking at emails. Passbook would be a great idea. I only gave this 3⭐️S because I really liked and used the "locate my ride" function. Pretty accurate and close to real time.

Please list all airports where you are working. Reservation will not work otherwise. Love tracking feature though!

Even if you have a profile, you cant login. Even with a confirmation number, you cant check the status of your shuttle. I have literally found nothing I can do with this app. Whomever built and QA-ed this should be fired.

Lack of connection with online super shuttle account (which Ive had for many year) makes this app needlessly frustrating. Having to manually enter all my information using the phone keyboard is ridiculous. Deleting.

The app and service has been OK, however there are some glitches with the app that make it a bit frustrating to use. Using the find my van option regularly crashes the app if I refresh and zoom. Other times it doesnt show my position on the map, which isnt particularly helpful when in an unfamiliar place. Hopefully they can get some of these minor issues resolved. Passbook integration would also be a nice touch, which it currently does not have.

Buggy app keeps crash. UI needs to be updated. Plz give it a good looking and stable running.

Tried making reservations on this app and it crashed and crashed! Please fix it! I thought I didnt have a reservation because it kept crashing. Luckily when my flight landed, I found the confirmation email on my phone. Ugh! It was a good app before. What happened?

Can’t even make a booking anymore. Once youve filled out every page, and click submit of the final screen, it constantly gives... “Error communicating with server, Try Again”. Did Apple even test this app?! So I’ll be using another app/service.

There are so many things wrong with how this app works (when it does work) that the company would be better off starting over from scratch with a new app developer.

I have a reservation that I made with a phone call not with the app. There is no way to tell the app I have that reservation and no way to create a profile except by making a new reservation using the app. Useless.

No place to login to see your reservation. When you select My Profile a message comes up saying "You dont have any profile information yet. Profiles are created when you book a new reservation. Really, please have a professional develop your app or at the very least try to use it yourself.

The first problem is that there is no way to log into account. Hotel and car rental agencies know the importance of seemless data integration. The second problem is that there is FB icon in the upper left that does nothing. Please DO NOT tighly intregrate with FB. Most of my travel is not shared on FB. If you want business traveler usage, FB intregration should be an option -- not a requirement. On the flip side, there is a lot of potential for this app. I like the fact that I could see my driver on his route to the airport. Make the user experience complete from booking to service completion available from this app.

Im giving this app 1 star because you cant post a review without giving a star. Im deleting this app from my phone as its useless. Before you can actually make a reservation you have to input the same information over & over again. I finally just closed the app and booked the service online.
