Wheres my ride doesnt work!! And to make it worse, now when I login to the website via my phone, it doesnt show how many miles and minutes out my ride is currently. A mini pic of the van isnt helpful. Please at least make the website show the minutes and miles.

Get it together SuperShuttle. It is 2015 and how could you not come up with a working app. ???? Deleting this app and not use SuperShuttle service. Taking my business somewhere else.

Apple should really allow reviews with no stars. You cant log in to see current reservations nor can you check in when you get to your destination airport as advertised. Utter crap.

As a user of ExecuCar I find this app to be of no value. A SuperShuttle App could be very useful - but this is not that app.

Dear god that was painful. Who the hel designed this matrix? Almost bailed and took metro to public bus.

Cant check reservation. Cant do much of anything. And the little functionality thats provided doesnt work. Tried several times to get email confirmation of my reservation, but after 30 minutes I have yet to get a response to any of my requests. Currently waiting on the phone for more than 10 minutes trying to get verbal confirmation.

The app crashed every time I opened it, making the app unusable

While booking is possible, this app doesnt have some core features. Theres no way of check in once at your airport. It doesnt give you your van number. Using the website is a better option.

With the capabilities available to any business of the size and scale of Super Shuttle, to have an app that does not integrate with your account is embarrassing. Cmon, SS, you deserve better.

Cant login to get your reservation. Only for creating new reservations.

Could not make a reservation , it keeps saying cant reach try again for various paths , no clear error message . I am ok if they do not offer an app.

The only thing useful about this app is the fact that I could cancel my reservation to be picked up from my hotel back to the airport after the god awful experience I had with this company when they picked me up from the airport to my hotel.

Makes no sense to have Facebook button

This reservation client used to work flawlessly. Today I tried using it to make a reservation and got all the way to the confirmation stage only to find that the program cant connect to the main server to confirm my reservation, details and payment. I double checked all my details and payment info. It seems as if this client needs an update to correct the bug.

Attention.. For gratuity what ever number you enter will be added twice. One for each ride if youre doing a round trip. Just used the app to book. Its simple and easy to use and will be even more easy next time I use it because it stores all your info. I did a test booking after I booked my real appointment to try out and I blew through it fast since my info was in there. No hiccups or freezing. Works fine. Only thing I didnt like was I couldnt find the phone number in the app but thats no biggie.

Enter credentials, hit submit, CRASH!

The trip I set on the previous app is no longer there. Im in the middle of it and its gone. The old app never sent an email confirmation. I will have to call if I have any issues. My credit card info is also gone off the app. I will have to enter it again.

I use the SuperShuttle app to obtain transportation prices for my work but I dont use the service. It is easier to navigate than the desktop version. The latest update requires me to create a username and sign in. No thanks since Im not going anywhere!!! Im deleting because the app because it is now useless for me. Thanks SuperShuttle!

The latest version as 18 Jan 16 does even let me log into my account.
