Be careful when you use SuperShuttle. They will take your reservation for a 6 AM pick up at an airport, but if no driver decides to take your particular ride that morning, you will be stuck at the airport with no ride. This happened to me at LAX twice. If you think youre reservation means that youre guaranteed a ride, youll be proven wrong, especially for early-morning or late-at-night airport pick ups.

I signed up using the app and almost booked my ride. Did not seem to take my credit card, when I hit back I had several of the same card entered. Still couldnt use one to pay. Had to use the website instead.

Booked and paid in advance. Got confirmation and van number when arrived. Waited an hour. No show. Finally found number. No idea when they might have van or driver. Another customer had a private van that never showed. Ended up taking taxi.

I booked in advance and everything seemed fine until my flight landed. After I checked in and approached the super shuttle landing zone, I was told my reservation was cancelled because other people(no reservation) are waiting there before me, so they will give me another car after all those people (without reservation) get assigned first. Now I realize, this app is just luring you to pay money first and super shuttle is still using the stupid first come- first service system. Apparently, your appointment means nothing to them and super shutter just wants to take your money first and assign you to a random car.

The first thing I noticed was that after I booked a round-trip between home and the airport, I wanted to schedule rides in our destination city. The app wouldnt let me select an airport anywhere but our hometown, so I couldnt make the second reservation. The second issue is that I have been accustomed to booking pickups online and always receive text messages in advance giving me status reports and a link to a map showing where the van is on its way to get us. After booking with the app rather than the website, I got no text messages. There were automated-voice phone calls, one of which was completely unintelligible. Apparently it was telling us our ride would be 10 mins early. Since I couldnt make out the message, we werent ready early. I checked the app and can find no place to indicate that I want the text messages and no locator map for the ride. I think Ill probably end up deleting the app and going back to booking via the website.

I dont know what the complaints are about. I use this all the time and it works well for me. This app works well for me and is useful. Its faster than using their website. I can save previous addresses and I can search for hotel addresses. This app saves me time.

This app has a bug that switches an international flight to domestic after you enter the flight number and departure time. The pick up time is then calculated for a domestic flight. My driver was then one hour late for an already late scheduled pick up, so I could not get to the airport on time.

I flew into NYC JFK with scheduled pick up at 130am. With no response on the app I called the dispatch who was not interested in checking for my reservation. I was told I have to wait 90 min and there was no other option. Avoid at all cost.

Service is always on time and the app works really well. But the price for a shared ride van is about the same as Uber even though you share the ride and potentially drive all around servicing other customers instead of a direct route. Not a good value.

I enter different addresses (my home address and big stations) and it keeps returning no result. They should display suggestions for possible pick up locations so you dont have to guess.

Gives you pick up time, have to call to change it. Spent 20 minutes on the phone, cant change it. Poor service, poor app, wont give refund. Very poor!

I tried the service in Phoenix. The app works very well and the service was great. I shared the ride with 3 other customers and a ride in a taxi would not have been much shorter. Great value for money.

I know my login credentials are correct because they work on the website but they dont work in the app. Why cant companies get this essential feature correct? Dont they test the app first?

Love the tracking feature, and ability to see stops scheduled after mine.

I used the service in LGA New York, saw the vehicle on the map coming to the airport to get me. Love it

Impressive enhancements made in the new version. Great to be able to book a ride with a professional driver through the convenience of an app.
