The first thing I noticed was that after I booked a round-trip between home and the airport, I wanted to schedule rides in our destination city. The app wouldnt let me select an airport anywhere but our hometown, so I couldnt make the second reservation. The second issue is that I have been accustomed to booking pickups online and always receive text messages in advance giving me status reports and a link to a map showing where the van is on its way to get us. After booking with the app rather than the website, I got no text messages. There were automated-voice phone calls, one of which was completely unintelligible. Apparently it was telling us our ride would be 10 mins early. Since I couldnt make out the message, we werent ready early. I checked the app and can find no place to indicate that I want the text messages and no locator map for the ride. I think Ill probably end up deleting the app and going back to booking via the website.
