Loved my driver 820. Very professional and safe.

All the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. However the app is horrible. Since most flights have a 90% of being delayed you would think the super shuttle app would have the capability to reschedule or edit the time via the app instead of calling there customer service # and being place on hold for 15mins!!! When I finally got to my destination and checked in via the app. It didnt tell me what van # I need to take! I had to re-check at there counter! The employee told me that the checkin via the app actually blocks all the information I already entered to get me to my final destination. I am highly disappointed with this app. Super shuttle app has lots of redundancy and inefficiency.

Loved it worked well with self check in. Nyc van 486 was safe and friendly.

This app makes our sales teams job so much simpler and convenient by allowing me to make reservations and charge it to our corporate acct. I love sharing it with my guests so they can make reservations using our hotel discount code. Love this idea!

Can’t rate this app because it won’t even load for me to try it out…total waste of 30 minutes of my life.

The first time using Super Shuttle will be my last time. The whole experience was mismanaged and confusing. I had to wait one hour to catch my shuttle after my flight had landed. The emailed instructions of where to go and what to do were wrong. Frustrating. Über is the way I am going to go for now on.

If you are using this app dont pay the tip through app, they wont pay tip to drivers, we just get only fare after base fees deduction and they keep the gratuity, you can pay cash or dont pay. I am working right now with executive transportation group and I havent gotten any tip from this account, while passenger says they had paid 15,20% gratuity. And my car company says no tip from this account.

Best idea I had! 756 was a wonderful driver and very friendly and above all safe . I had no issues getting to my destination. Would recommend to anyone !

I love using the app. It lets me get pricing for all vehicles at my fingertips and I do not have to call the 1-800 number. Good job SuperShuttle.

Right now none of the screens as shown on the app appear. Can find no where to request immediate pickup or shared ride. When I put in parameters only options that come up are executive rides $100+.

This app worked great and I was able to make my reservations and pay without any issues.

Took ages for the app to download and install, but was easy to use except for a couple of issues: The option is apply a discount code is easy to miss: a tiny link at the bottom of the confirm your address screen. After adding my credit card to my "Wallet", the app wouldnt let me complete payment till I used the back button to go back a couple of screens, then clicked forward again. Huh?!? I almost gave up.
