Great new app for SuperShuttle! So easy to book!

Every time I tried to use it to book a ride, after I input my information, the app crashed and my information disappeared. So, who knows whether or not its any good?

Wow what an upgrade, best airport transportation app out there! Make reservations, track the vehicle, check in at the airport. Love it!

The long overdue 2016 rewrite is a huge improvement over the barely functional app from 2013. Old functions actually work: it books trips with correct time zone and still stores address and credit card info. Vehicle locator is much more easily accessed. New functions: automatic recognition of landing at airport, integrated text messaging, self check-in and improved vehicle locator.

I found no place to enter a discount code on their site when making a booking so they got me again SSAPP does not work.

The app discount only applies to the higher tier bookings, and not for the shuttle ride. What a scam!!!!!!!!!!

Make your booking on Safari until the bugs are worked out.

App assigned me to a shuttle that had just left and we had to wait for it to complete 90% of the loop while another shuttle sat at the curb. No way to change it.
