It is ok.

I originally booked my reservation through the website and when I tried the app it said a profile would be created when making a reservation. I already have the reservation why does it need to create a new profile? I should be able to log into the app and see my reservations like airline apps.

It would also be nice if there was a way to use passbook and have the attendees scan a barcode to let them know you are there.

It would also be nice if it let you know that Supershuttle is aware that your flight has been delayed.
