I used to use them a lot but recently they have gotten terrible just today I scheduled to be picked up from the airport, my plane landed and I waited for 45 minutes with no word from my driver I eventually took an Uber home, they then called me 3 hours later saying they were on their way. I contacted support and they refuse to refund my 150$. Terrible service Terrible Company.

Super shuttle is a great way to get to the airport. Drivers are always friendly and vans are clean! Don’t mess with Uber or lift, go with airport drivers.

This is a useful app: simple and easy to use. I’ve used it many times and have been grateful this service exists. Its improved over time and love that I know exactly where my ride is at any given moment. Paying for service is easy as well as tipping your driver.

When I have early morning or late evening flights, I can always count on Supershuttle.

I should have booked a return trip! Please reimburse me if that would be cheaper! Otherwise you are much better than Prime to book with!

First time utilizing APP. Very user friendly.

It’s often difficult to judge between conventional and modernized. But no question of doubt when you have an option which has both. The comparison becomes easy when the so called modernized options target on easy money, unethical based on crucial needs, and just delivers poor quality craftsmanship. I don’t want to name which is which. That’s up to you. I just loved my Supershuttle ride today !!

Orlando Area. I scheduled both pick up & drop off at airport. My plane was delayed at departing airport. At this point, I had not been assigned a driver. So, I had no contact information. We were boarding with no WiFi or cell service during flight. In app confirmation, I left message in the notes area for communication… hoping that service providers/driver would get message. I called driver upon my arrival. Fortunately, everything went smoothly. Heading home…driver arrived several minutes early. Courteous & professional. If the app allowed better communication, I would have given 5 stars.

Would give them 10star if they had. Single lady traveling alone. Got updates and text from company with GPS of my driver. All were kind andwelcoming. I felt safe and like royalty!

It was super easy to schedule my pickup. The app was able to determine the flight number and time and set my pickup time accordingly.

Driver was willing to go to the general pickup area right across from baggage claim. Two thumbs and an index finger up!

They were to have picked us up 6/1 & were 30 min. late. We called & they didn’t recognize our name and it took 10 min before they would transfer us to dispatch to find out their actual ETA. On the return fr. our international flight, we were called within 10 min. of landing saying he. Old only wait for us a few more min. although our bags had still not come through. Dispatch then called, repeating the same thing. Fortunately we were able to get home with our bags. Will NEVER use this service again.

The interface is simple and straightforward. I would only add a separate pet passenger box. It can be put in the notes for driver i guess but it would be nice, just like a child passenger check box

The app worked as expected in making a reservation. No issues.

We have used this car service thru super shuttle for a couple of years now. So far have been very happy with the service and their drivers. Always been on time for assigned pickup at our address 841 wren ave in Miami Springs, Florida and dropped off at Miami international airport.

Always had good luck with super shuttle. We recommend to others and use it every time we fly.

I have used Super Shuttle for years, but I have to say my service in New Orlean (MSY) was amazing. Both the drivers and cars were wonderful. Such a professional service…would highly recommend! The app makes it easy!

No one showed and I received no contact. But my card was charged.

Third time and pressed round trip but booked one way only. App not working right
